One fund. One agent. One partner.
Phase 0 is intentionally small. Disclosures and team grow as the fund does.
Agentic VC is operated by Kalmantic AI Labs.
Kalmantic AI Labs ↗ is an AI research group working on capital allocation in the agent era. The lab maintains the underwriting agent stack, the eval harness, and (on its roadmap) an open-source family of Mixture-of-Experts models dedicated to the allocation domain. See the How it works page for the full mechanical description.
The fund is in setup, pending approvals.
Agentic VC is currently in setup. The design of the fund — its capital structure, the underwriting agent's decision authority, and the human-oversight model — is under regulatory review in the fund's jurisdiction of formation.
Until all required approvals are obtained, the following are not happening:
- No solicitation of investments from any party.
- No deployment of capital — in USD, tokens, or compute.
- No formal applications for funding are being processed.
- No commitments, term sheets, or valuations are being issued.
This site exists to explain the fund's intended design and to let prospective founders, agents, and partners register their interest. Information collected through the interest form is used only to notify those individuals when applications open after approvals are in place.
Nothing on this site constitutes an offer to sell or a solicitation of an offer to buy any security, nor investment, legal, or tax advice. The roadmap, capital model, repeat-founder ladder, and SLAs described on this site are subject to change as the fund's design is finalized through the approval process.
Conflicts policy. Once operational, any prior or active relationship between a partner and an applicant will be disclosed in the deal log.
Data handling. Material submitted via the interest form is read by the founding team only. It is not used to train external models. It is not shared with third parties without consent.
Audit trail. Once live, every agent action and every human approval will be timestamped and retained. Funded entities can request their own deal record.
